About Matt
I have been in the automotive field since 1996, and have grown to love helping folks keep their life in motion by getting their cars maintained and repaired. I have discovered through the years that there is no better place than Northern Michigan to live and work. Serra Automotive is a great place to make that happen, and I get to do what I enjoy. Outside of the dealership, I like to go power boating on Grand Traverse Bay. I studied at Anchorage Christian Schools in Alaska, as well as MSU: Broad College of Business in Michigan. I am a foster parent – for ten years now. I have a genuine passion for going that extra mile to make the lives of others better!

Matt has been the Toyota service writer for our family for the last 8 years and has always done an excellent job - including several repair situations where Matt's many years of experience was evident. We recently bought a new Highlander and one of the reasons we purchased it at Serra was knowing Matt would be taking care of service for us going forward.

Matt was very courteous, friendly, respectful and efficient. He made sure all issues with my car were addressed as well as making sure my husband and I were able to get to a medical appointment my husband had at the same time. We live in Charlevoix and appreciate the the ease of getting a courtesy vehicle so we could make the two appointments in one day. He made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction.
