About Matt
I have been in the automotive field since 1996, and have grown to love helping folks keep their life in motion by getting their cars maintained and repaired. I have discovered through the years that there is no better place than Northern Michigan to live and work. Serra Automotive is a great place to make that happen, and I get to do what I enjoy. Outside of the dealership, I like to go power boating on Grand Traverse Bay. I studied at Anchorage Christian Schools in Alaska, as well as MSU: Broad College of Business in Michigan. I am a foster parent – for ten years now. I have a genuine passion for going that extra mile to make the lives of others better!

As usual, Matt was very courteous and welcoming. He kept us informed as to the progress of the service taking place. He would check in on us to ensure we were comfortable in the waiting area. Once the service on the vehicle was completed he walked us through the check sheet and advised us on outcomes. Overall, great service.

The experience was great(!!!!). I mean, the kindness, professionalism and the way that the staff went about answering questions and delivering expert service in a rather short time period, I must say--well I was so impressed and will recommend Serra to anyone in the business of needing their Toyota serviced.
