Hello! My name is Kevin Clous, and I am a service advisor here at Serra Traverse City. I joined the auto industry in 2010, and look forward to many more years in this business. I believe in treating everyone the way I would like to be treated, which is why my guests can rely on me for exceptional customer service. I grew up in MI and graduated from Cadillac High School and Baker College of Cadillac. When it comes to my free time, I love watching University of Michigan sports, playing golf and hockey.

For going on 3 hours I waited for a simple oil change. Service was terrible to the point that my Dad is changing in our driveway. Bought parts off of Amazon. Your service department is terrible. The one time you actually changed my oil, you said the rear differential was fine. It wasn’t. Had to get fixed elsewhere. Used regular oil instead of synthetic like I always get. Sat next to an 80 year old man who kept being told another hour like I was 3 times. He could barely walk and left like I did. Literally 0 out of 5 stars. Done using your service department. Our family had bought at least 3 new cars from you. Just completely the worst. Done with Serra!

It was a pleasure to deal with Kevin. He always responds promptly to text messages and took care of everything we needed done. Kevin also recommended a rental car, in the event that the recall work would take longer than necessary. Very knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend Kevin.
