I've been married to my high school sweetheart for over 40 years. We have raised four children in beautiful Traverse City, MI, and have six grandchildren and counting. Being empty-nesters, my wife and I love dining in local restaurants and enjoying the many hiking trails indigenous to this area. We like working in our yard and watching movies and sports. I enjoy working with the most exceptional team and customers in the auto industry at Serra Traverse City. The most rewarding part of my job is working with people and helping them to achieve their transportation needs.

James was great as a salesman. He was the first we met at the door greeted us with a smile. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Kept us updated and informed. I had to pay a $32 fee at my insurance company because I was not aware there would be a different VIN number once the vehicle arrived at the dealer. Like any new vehicle there are many things you learn over time. The new tech things could be explained a little better. You tube seems to be a great resource though to help. Overall James answered all questions I had and worked through the process with Financial office person Kelvin.
