About Hannah
Hi, my name is Hannah and I just recently started working at Serra Traverse City. As a Parts Consultant with nearly three years behind the counter and four years total in the industry, I've learned a lot, and I'm proud of the progress I've made. My approach is simple: I listen. Technicians and advisors know they can come to me for help because I take the time to understand their needs and get it right the first time. I'm always willing to go the extra mile to solve a customer's problem. Outside of work, I'm pretty active. I enjoy traveling, concerts, camping, and riding my motorcycle. My 2.5-year-old labrador retriever, Willow, keeps me busy, and I love spending time with my family, including my boyfriend– we even went to high school together! We traveled to Italy in September of 2025, which was an amazing experience as it was my first time outside of the country. I also love cooking and baking for people as it is my love language. My friends would describe me as outgoing, friendly, and kind. I'm genuinely interested in people, and I'm open to any kind of conversation. I love learning about others and what they're passionate about. I look forward to helping you with your automotive needs!
