I'm a Service Advisor with over a decade of experience, originally from Detroit, MI, I've been enjoying the beautiful scenery of Traverse City for over 10 years now. I’ve built a career on being honest and reliable. My customers know they can trust me, whether it’s a simple service or a complex repair. I focus on being transparent, which helps build trust. I'm proud of the relationships I've built with my clients; I want to be an advocate for them, not just their car. I'm someone who listens and works to find the best solutions. Outside of work, I love spending time with my 7 nephews and 5 nieces. I also enjoy fishing, exploring new restaurants, and live music. I’m a big sports fan, especially college and pro football, and I am always up for a good conversation about the game.

He was very curteous and explained everything very well! My car had multiple things going on with it and it took longer than expected for me to get it back, but George was there to talk me through the process and help me with things like cost! He was very understanding of my situation and made sure we both walked away satisfied.

Although the service department schedule was full for the day, George was able to fit me in for service 8 days ahead for my key problem. On that day we had to travel from home here in Gaylord to Traverse City. With exorbitant gas prices, I appreciated not having to make an additional trip to TC. Thank you to George Charboneau in the service department for making it work for us!!
