I'm a Service Advisor with over a decade of experience, originally from Detroit, MI, I've been enjoying the beautiful scenery of Traverse City for over 10 years now. I’ve built a career on being honest and reliable. My customers know they can trust me, whether it’s a simple service or a complex repair. I focus on being transparent, which helps build trust. I'm proud of the relationships I've built with my clients; I want to be an advocate for them, not just their car. I'm someone who listens and works to find the best solutions. Outside of work, I love spending time with my 7 nephews and 5 nieces. I also enjoy fishing, exploring new restaurants, and live music. I’m a big sports fan, especially college and pro football, and I am always up for a good conversation about the game.

George is truly a great customer service representative for Serra Toyotain Traverse City. Every time I come in for service on my Toyota Prius he goes above and beyond to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction during my visit. He takes the time to cover everything that will be done during the visit, provides regular updates and at the end of the visit reviews the paperwork outlining the visit. I give George the highest marks I can. He is professional, knowledgeable and honest.Because of George, I will return to Serra Toyota for all my service needs and when it is time I will buy my next car from Serra Toyota. Bill Ryan
