About Chad
Born and raised in beautiful Charlevoix, I've spent the last nine years in the auto industry, and currently with Serra Traverse City. I'm a proud Spartan and a North Central Michigan College alum. Having lived in Texas for four years, I've got a little bit of the Lone Star State in me. When I'm not helping customers, you might find me at the billiards table, hitting the disc golf course, hiking the trails, or lost in a good book. I also enjoy strumming the guitar, and am always eager to dive into the latest science concepts. I pride myself on being personable, easy to communicate with, and I really enjoy the challenge of abstract thinking.

My car had a scheduled 7:30 appt on a Monday. When I checked in around 2pm, my car had not been looked at yet. And I was told by Chad it would not be looked at that day. I was extremely disappointed and Chad knew it. He was pleasant and professional and we worked it out. He turned an unfortunate situation into a positive experience. Thank you Chad.

Once I finally got through to a real person and got scheduled in a reasonable amount of time, the rest of the experience was great. Our car was done very quickly, and Chad explained everything very well.
